Information about the promotion: "Free Return"

ECCOParts sp. z o.o. offers all customers a free return of parts if the purchased part does not fit their car or is damaged, incomplete. This offer aims to ensure complete satisfaction with purchases and a guarantee of the quality of our products.

General Return Rules

  1. Return Period: According to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

  2. How to Report a Return: To withdraw from the contract, the customer should send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to the email address: biuro@eccoparts.eu or via the return form available on the Allegro platform.

  3. Condition of the Goods: Only goods in their unchanged, undamaged, complete condition, without violation of warranty seals and traces of tampering, are eligible for return.

  4. Responsibility for the Goods: The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from their use beyond the need to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  5. Partial Set Returns: In case of returning goods purchased as part of a set which are part of a promotion or discount, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the discount granted on the purchased products together.

Special Conditions

  1. Returns for Companies: We do not accept returns from companies, except for sole proprietorships, where they retain consumer rights according to Art. 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act in conjunction with Art. 385^5 of the Civil Code.

  2. Cash on Delivery Shipments: We do not accept returns sent cash on delivery.

  3. Free Gifts: In the case of returning a product that was part of a promotion with a free gift, the free gift must also be returned.

  4. Missing Parts or Damaged Goods: Goods that are missing elements or are damaged are not eligible for return.

  5. Received Damaged Shipments: In the event of receiving a damaged shipment, it is necessary to open and check the contents in the presence of the courier and make a damage report.

  6. Shipping Costs: The customer covers the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by ECCOParts sp. z o.o.

Refund Procedures

  1. Refund Method: Refunds for returned products are carried out exclusively via bank transfer.

  2. Timing of the Refund: The refund occurs within 14 working days from the date the returned goods are received and their condition verified.

Complaints

  1. Filing a Complaint: In case of any issues with the received goods, please contact the complaints department at +48 604 560 000 first. The complaints department will help determine the causes of the situation and choose the best way to handle the complaint. In many cases, we suggest exchanging the part for another available one.

  2. Processing Time: Complaints are processed within 14 days of receiving the claimed goods. Complaints should be submitted via email to biuro@japancar.pl or by phone at +48 604 560 000.

  3. Damaged Shipments: A condition for a positive consideration of a complaint about a damaged shipment is to open and verify the goods in the presence of the courier and, if damage is found, to write a damage report with the courier.
  4. Electrical Parts: Electrical parts installed in services that do not have appropriate specialization are not subject to complaint.

  5. Incomplete Goods: Incomplete goods are not subject to return.

  6. Seal Tampering: Tampering with the warranty seal or attempting to interfere with the goods excludes the possibility of a complaint.

  7. Basis for Complaints: The basis for a complaint is the presentation of the part in its original condition and proof of its purchase.

  8. Installation Costs: We do not refund lost profits or costs incurred from the installation of parts purchased from us.
  9. Warranty: EccoParts provides a 30-day startup warranty on all purchased used parts and from 12 to 24 months, depending on the product description, on new parts (excluding glass). For some parts, we do not have the ability to test their operation with 100% certainty.

  10. Right of Withdrawal: According to the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the buyer has a 14-day period (counting from the day of receiving the goods) to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract.
